The New York Times Review

Over at The New York Times, Terrence Rafferty has given The Fisherman a terrific review.  You can’t do much better than having your novel called “superb.”  I’m humbled and more grateful than I can say.

It’s this review that led me to your book which I’m now reading. Halfway through and amazed! You’re other books will be consumed shortly. Please keep writing.

  2. It's a secret! says:

Congratulations on the wonderful review. I finished The Fisherman earlier this fall. It was a wonderful, though bittersweet, experience. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced sympathetic grief as powerfully as I did being with Abe and Dan. It left a deep impression. I hope it is marvelously successful!
